Professional Education Days (PED Days)
At OGS, we’re committed to education and connection. Our PED Days are on-site training sessions held at dispensaries across Ohio, designed to give budtenders and staff a hands-on look at our products, processes, and brand story. Andrew czarzasty

CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Andrew Czarzasty is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio that specializes in contracts, negotiations, real estate and regulatory/compliance law. He is a native Ohioan that has resided in Cleveland, OH for more than a decade. His drafting and regulatory expertise were integral in OGS receiving its license to operate. Mr. Czarzasty also serves as the CFO of Salerno Group, a hospitality and entertainment centric company, where he manages operations and finances across the multi-state company.

Mr. Czarzasty uses his experience with navigating issues dealing with regulations and compliance to manage and facilitate the cooperation of the OGS team in order to maintain efficiency throughout the design, build and operation phases of OGS current expansion plan.
